I highly recommend trying out UFM undies for men. They are so optimal for both active and formal wear. One thing I love is that they fit perfectly and snug but do not feel too tight. Also the draw string adds extra fit but keeping the lower "mid" section spacious for your Love Region lol. This is not a paid post but rather good tip for all my men out there. There are soooo many options for gyms nowadays, that is pretty challenging to find one that fits your needs. You have to compare price, facility, location, personal training options and the newbie "social appeal". I've joined pretty much every gym out there and have narrowed my favs down to a few.
